An intriguing, unique collection of 18th century engravings by Benigno Bossi (1727-1793), mocking the antiquist taste that prevailed in Europe in the first half of the 1760. According to Baron von Grimm: "Everything is done today in the Greek way. The exterior and interior decoration of the buildings, the furniture, the stuffs, the jewels of all kinds, all Paris is in the Greek style. This excess is ridiculous, no doubt; but whatever?
