The darkening and yellowing caused by the aging process was digitally removed from the paintings to restore the colors as close as possible to the original. Other aging marks - like hairline cracks typical of old oil-based paintings - were left untouched to keep the character of the printed images.
I'm a landscape architect, writer and illustrator currently living in Budapest.
