Description
An imaginary landscape with a flamingo flock in a red lake and white desert dunes in the background, under stormy clouds and blue sky.
Several lakes and ponds exist around the planet with red water caused by salt and algae species (e.g. Laguna Colorada south from Salar De Uyuni - Bolivia) and there are several deserts with white sand (like White Sands National Monument), but the two can nowhere be seen together, as on this picture.
I usually don't have to think too much to find the title for my images, but it took me quite long with this one - eventually, the contrast of the colors of the lake and the desert dunes complemented with the deep blue of the sky provided the perfect title :).
