Vintage botanical illustration of a malay rose apple tree with fruits (Syzygium malaccense/Jambosa domestica) also known as mountain apple, otaheite cashew, pink satin-ash and pommerac.

The original drawing was made by Madame Berthe Hoola van Nooten for a 19th century book portraying exotic tropical flowers, fruits and plants from the island of Java. Digitally restored and cleaned.
